J&J Colleary built a new mezzanine dining terrace for this restaurant in Borough Market.

The project was undertaken in the strict confines of a tight ‘live’ environment where all stalls and traders remained operational.

The steel frame was manufactured and assembled incorporating the emblem of Borough Market and decorated in the signature green and white Borough Market colours.
