Over a number of years we have refurbished 4 units s at the Nelson industrial business centre.
This involved major external and internal refurbishment and redecoration. We stripped out the previous tenant installed and re-insulated the buildings back to base build for re-letting.
Difficult to source cladding panels by ‘Plannja@ were especially imported form Sweden to replace the damaged and restore the modern look to the units.
The profiled metal sheet roof was refurbished using the Giromax system and provided a 20 year guarantee.
The industrial floor was thoroughly prepared and painted white using a three coat epoxy resin paint system to provide a sleek and smooth finish.
The remaining areas were redecorated and re-carpeted throughout along with a complete refurbishment of the toilets.
